    This was the best of the Candlelight series. The sound and acoustics of the location were well suited for the string instruments. There was not a bad seat in the chapel and the candlelight added to the ambience, enhancing the musical experience

    The ‘backstage’ at the front covered with a curtain was a tiny bit distracting. Other than that the whole experience was 10/10

    From where we were sitting (back row), the piano sounded a little flat, it could be because we were sitting too far behind or that the piano was not tuned after the concert in the afternoon on the same day

    The lights were only fully turned off about 2/3 into the performance. It would have been a more enchanting experience if this was done earlier. I also wished that the performance could have been longer!

    Even though lightsticks were allowed in the last song, would prefer there to be a total ban on lightsticks, it was so bright and distracting. And the person infront kept using her phone to message, it was also really bright and it spoiled my experience :(( Would be good if the host could ask audiences to not use their phone during the concert as it affects the people around them.

    My 9 year old son had to go to the bathroom and the lady at the door let him go out but held him outside alone for 10min. He was scared.

    It was a really cosy and intimate evening at a venue which was lovely. Great experience overall although it could have been longer!

    The performance and the ambiance was great . The cans lights really made the atmosphere look special and perfect for Halloween. The one star I have deducted is for the organisers. It was a bit messy and lack of communication between the hells museum staff and the candle light even staff. This resulted in us traveling up and down the area multiple times to get our hells museum entrance ticket .

    The piano is soft at the upper level stalls. Perhaps setup the mic for more surround sound would've been perfect.

    We can hear the ambulance siren during the concert which is really bad. And the sound system is not good as difficult to make out what he is saying.
