Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively online through feverup.com or the Fever app. Please note that tickets cannot be purchased at the venue.
Can I make a group booking?
For groups of 30 people or less, you can purchase your tickets directly on Fever.
For groups of more than 30 people, we’d be happy to assist you with a group reservation. Just fill out the form in the link.
How can I book a private Candlelight concert?
Planning something special? You can book a private Candlelight concert for your group or company. Just fill out this form with your event details and our team will help you craft an unforgettable experience.
Can I buy a Candlelight gift card?
Absolutely! A Candlelight gift card is the perfect present for music and experience lovers.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can exchange your ticket for another date or time up to 48 hours before your original concert date, subject to availability. To request a change, contact us here.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes! You can transfer some or all of your tickets at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” in the Fever app, or use the link in your ticket confirmation email.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket invites you to an intimate classical concert, set in a glowing atmosphere of LED candlelight.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, just show your Fever ticket from the app or your email when you arrive.
BEFORE ATTENDING CANDLELIGHT
When should I arrive?
At least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can get seated. The performance will begin on time and late entry will not be permitted.
How long is the experience?
Candlelight concerts typically last 60 to 65 minutes, depending on the specific program. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, allowing guests time to check in and be seated. Please note that late entry is not permitted.
What happens if I’m late?
Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be permitted entry, and no refunds will be issued.
How do I know where my seat is?
Seating is assigned based on the zone you purchase. Once you arrive, staff will guide you to your section. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone.
Is everyone welcome?
Almost! Guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Those aged 8 to 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. As for animals, only service animals are allowed if the required form has been filled out in advance.
DURING THE CONCERT
Can I buy food or drinks at the venue?
This depends on the venue. In most cases, food and drinks are not available, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. However, you may bring a bottle of water.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
We want you to fully enjoy the experience, so please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are allowed only during the final song, when the musicians give the signal. Flash photography is not permitted at any time.
Can I go to the restroom during the performance?
For the best experience, we ask that you remain seated throughout the concert unless there’s an emergency.
Are the candles safe?
Please note that all our candles are flameless for the security of attendees.
