How much time in advance should I arrive to the event?

Please arrive at least thirty minutes before the start of the concert in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, so the audience must already be seated beforehand. It is not possible to join the event once it has started. Please remember that our tickets do not allow exchanges nor refunds.

What happens if I arrive late?

Should you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter and you will not be refunded.

What does it include?

Your ticket includes entry to a music concert surrounded by LED candles.

How do I know where my seat is?

Your seat belongs to a specific zone depending on the chosen visibility. Once you arrive at the event, you will show your ticket and an usher will guide you to your seating zone. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (always within your ticket's zone).

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

What is the photo or video policy during the performance?

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Are there any age restrictions?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How can I promote and sell Candlelight Concerts?

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as requested by our musicians.

Can I go to the bathroom during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.

Are beverages available?

These will depend on the concert hall where the event is taking place. As a general rule, no beverages are available at the venue and no food or drink is allowed inside the venue. You may bring water with you.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us by filling out this form if you plan to bring a service animal.

Will there be more sessions in the future?

You can see all the Candlelight concerts currently available on our website at www.feverup.com and in our app.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available for purchase at the event. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arrival.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.

Are the candles safe?

Please note that for the security of attendees all candles will be flameless.
